Last weekend we decided to take a trip to Boston which is about an hour away. It was a beautiful day and we sure enjoyed spending time together as a family. We parked at Boston Commons and walked around the park for a little bit and then began the Freedom Trail that runs through the city. There is a red line or sometimes it was red bricks along the sidewalks that marked the trail through downtown and all of the historical sites. We visited a couple grave sites of significant people in history, churches, taverns, Paul Revere Park, Cheers bar, and more. We stopped and ate lunch while watching some street performers and then we went to the New England Aquarium (I wouldn't recommend the aquarium if you ever visit Boston). We were exhausted from walking all day long but it was a fun adventure.
Thanks Sweetie for planning the day and also for the flowers.

Walking the trail with our monstrous stroller but definitely wonderful for a day trip like this.

Paul Revere Park which is right next to the Old North Church. Check out this poem to tell you the story about Paul Revere and the midnight ride. It is also in the movie National Treasure if you don't remember.
Something happened at that building but I can't remember, I'll have to pull up my brochures and figure it out!!!

That looks like it was so much fun. I would love to go to all of the historical sites in New England. I have never been there before. How long are you guys going to be out there? You have such a beautiful little family! We are doing well out here in Utah. Just trying to get through school and life. Thanks for asking! How is everything with you? How long are you going to be out on the east coast?
Still missing you guys like crazy! Looks like you're having a blast! I'm glad to see that you're able to do a lot of sight seeing while you're out there! Have a great day!
Oh Taba, I know you are so ready to come back to Texas but I have to say I am jealous of you. I love that you are getting to take day trips to some really cool places. From your pictures it looks like your little family has gotten really close with being in a place where you dont have much else besides each other.
