Breakfast
I need food help.... I just am tired of the same old stuff to eat. I want something new or at least a little more variety to eat. I have always thought it would be fun to sit in people's houses like a fly on the wall and just see how they live. I would love the good ideas that I would get and I would feel better about myself after I see all the things that aren't great that you guys do!! But I really was wondering if you could give me some ideas of healthy meals that are pretty easy which translates to nothing that takes a really long time or too much attention to detail. So please give me some ideas for breakfast.... I am eating multigrain cherrios almost everyday, booorrrriiinngggg. What do you guys eat for breakfast???

Scrambled egg & cheese burritos. SUPER EASY!!! And packed full of protein. Just scramble your eggs, put in a tortilla, add a little shredded cheese and roll up like a burrito. YUM!
well i dunno if this is very healthy but on days that we have time, we sometimes make bacon waffles... i guess it could be healthy if you used whole grain waffle or pancake mix and lean bacon or something.. when you make them, cook the bacon for a few mins first in the microwave on a plate with paper towels. then mix the waffle batter, pour half the batter on the waffle maker, lay the strips of bacon down, then pour a little more batter on top. cook til however crispy you like them. then eat it with just a little syrup. its kinda different but sooo good.
i meant whole wheat pancake mix.. i guess either would do. lol
My "healthy" breakfast is when I add bananas to my Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Yum.
I'm a big Mulit-Grain Cheerios fan, too- they are just a tad sweet- perfect!
Banana Pancakes, yum!

spinach omlettes. Spinach is a power food, and yummy. Oatmeal is heart healthy, and whole wheat pancakes with some cottage cheese gives you grain, and chocolate chip waffles are OBVIOULSY healthy for you.
BTW. Are you the one with the awesome Texas Sheetcake recipe, or is that Jamie?
